Christina is based in Switzerland where her formative career was in systems engineering and sales in the IT sector. She worked for a number of years in the Public Relations and Marketing Communications sector, including a period as an Executive Board Member.

Christina is an Executive Coach working with leaders facing personal, professional and organisational changes, and  also in a coaching and facilitation capacity with management teams, focusing on team performance, commitment, interpersonal communication and effective workflow.

She has a particular interest in the role of corporate communications during change and the impact on corporate culture, and has spent time working on transition projects and large-scale organisational change; developing, supporting and facilitating strategic and cultural change processes for a wide range of large and medium-sized private and public sector organisations.
