Marina is based in the UK where her formative career was in law, both in private and corporate practice. She also spent a number of years in strategic and operational change development in commercial and supply chain functions within the Energy and Utility sectors.

More recently, Marina has worked as an Executive Coach with senior executives and teams, supporting them through periods of change to build relationships, confront difficult and challenging situations, deal with ambiguity and develop their leadership capabilities. She is particularly interested in helping organisations understand the reality of their culture, and the impact this has on the way they engage with their people.

Her approach to coaching is to ensure people ‘have more choice and awareness around the way they behave, and how this impacts their own performance and others around them’.

Qualifications
Law Degree
Diploma in Advanced Coaching Supervision (Ashridge) postgraduate.
Masters in Excecutive Coaching.
Accredited Ashridge Coach.
Accredited to work with the Leadership Circle™, 360° feedback tools and the 16Pf Personality instrument.
