Lidija is based in Slovenia and is a multi-lingual Organisational Consultant and Executive Coach throughout Europe, supporting organisations through change initiatives, alignment of their business strategy, Leadership and Culture, and Leadership Development. She has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, and the issue of trust and its impact on the organisation.

As an accredited Executive Coach, she works with individuals and teams, and is a Supervisor to other professional Coaches.  She has a highly professional approach and focuses on the individual. Her strength is the ability to go ‘beneath the surface’, identifying realistic solutions, ideas and paths for long-lasting results at a personal and organisational level.
  
Lidija has 25 years experience in diverse cultural and business contexts. She has lived and worked in Germany, Greece and Egypt. Her clients, both public and private sector, are from a range of industries, such as: banking and financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and management consultancy.

Qualifications
Degree in Sociology : MBA.
Certified Management Development.
Accredited Ashridge Executive Coach
Integrative Psychotherapy postgraduate.
A member of EFMD Link, Brussels.
Qualified to use 360° feedback tools, and other developmental tools.
